Access Disability Services (ADS) provides Social Security disability representation and advocacy services for individuals who need help with their SSI, Child SSI, SSDI, Overpayments, Spousal disability benefits, and Continuing Disability Review (CDR) claims. We work with individuals with disabilities to win their disability claims and connect other resources available to them based on their needs.

If your case is denied, we will file timely appeals and represent you before the Social Security Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) at various hearing offices in the nation and at the Appeals Council reviews.
